Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Planning Sales Associate, based in Northlake, TX. The Planning Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of customized insurance planning solutions. Duties will include conducting research, supporting sales efforts, maintaining client records, coordinating with Financial Professionals, and ensuring all processes align with the company’s commitment to client‑focused service. The associate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients.
Qualifications
Knowledge in Risk Management, Insurance Products (e.g., annuities, life, and long‑term care) and understanding of financial planning concepts
Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and ability to build and maintain impactful relationships
Ability to conduct research and analysis, produce detailed reports, and assist in solution development
Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Experience with sales support and client‑facing roles in the financial or insurance industry is advantageous
Proficiency with technology tools and CRM systems is a plus
