If you’re ready to lead with purpose, innovate with impact, and grow with a company that values inclusion, integrity, and ingenuity—this is your opportunity to energize your career. **Account Director** **will be based in the Seattle, WA area.****How You’ll Make an Impact*** Lead strategic initiatives to integrate renewable energy into transmission systems* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver grid modernization projects* Analyze system performance and recommend optimization strategies* Develop and maintain relationships with key utility and industry stakeholders* Support digital transformation efforts across grid operations* Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable energy solutions* Present technical insights and strategic recommendations to leadership* Drive innovation in grid reliability and resilience* **Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines****Your Background*** Bachelor’s degree in technical (engineering) or business-related discipline required.
