As Head of Hype Operations, you’ll run the engine that keeps members two steps ahead. This isn’t a “community job” — it’s a builder role. Think: 25% strategy, 35% ops, 40% creative — and 100% impact.
And you won’t do it alone. You’ll work with marketing, design, and dev — orchestrating their support so everything runs as one smooth, high-speed machine.
This role is about building the foundation of Stashed as the global OS for hype commerce. Sneakers are just the beginning, in the next 5 years we’ll expand to streetwear, collectibles, tickets, and beyond. Your work will set the stage for a platform that millions of people will rely on every single day.
Your Mission
Own drops end-to-end → Sneakers, streetwear, collectibles. From leak to launch, you make it happen.
Lead the workflow → Work with design, marketing, and dev to turn moving parts into one smooth machine.
Architect workflows → SOPs, automation, and AI-powered processes that make Stashed faster and smarter.
Run the community as product → Treat Discord (and future app) as the heartbeat of Stashed: structure, onboarding, engagement.
React in real time → Breaking drops don’t wait — you’re first to deliver clarity from chaos.
Expand categories → Push beyond sneakers into new corners of hype culture.
