What You Will Do
You will serve as a key ambassador for Lakeside, driving admissions and building trusted relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners. This role is strategic, interactive, and essential for the continued success of our facility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hospital social workers, case managers, and healthcare professionals
- Representing and promoting Lakeside’s services to referral sources and community partners
- Managing the full referral and admissions process to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Collaborating with the financial office on census accuracy, payer eligibility, and insurance verification
- Leading sales and outreach initiatives to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
- Facilitating weekly and monthly strategy meetings with the leadership team
- Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and demographic reviews
- Continuously improving inquiry, tour, and follow-up processes to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or long-term care is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who communicates clearly, builds trust easily, and enjoys both independent and team-based work
