We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Business Development & Marketing to join our team in Taylorville, IL. If you enjoy relationship-building, marketing, and making a meaningful impact, this could be your next great opportunity.

Position Summary

This role reports directly to the Administrator and works closely with our Vice President of Marketing. The Director of Business Development and Marketing is responsible for increasing occupancy, enhancing customer satisfaction, and strengthening referral relationships within the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with hospital case managers, social workers, physicians, and referral partners
• Generate new admissions through outreach, networking, and communication of services
• Coordinate internal admissions, including insurance verification and eligibility
• Lead referral management and ensure a smooth admissions experience
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet census and strategic goals
• Facilitate internal and external sales initiatives and meetings
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Improve processes related to tours, inquiry management, conversion, and customer satisfaction

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare marketing or long-term care (alternate experience considered)
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal skills
