Hilltop Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a Director of Business Development & Marketing to join our growing leadership team. This role works closely with the Administrator and Vice President of Business Development to help increase occupancy, strengthen referral relationships, and support the overall success of the facility.

Your Role:

• Build and maintain professional relationships with hospital social workers, case managers, physicians, and referral sources
• Serve as a liaison between hospitals, referral partners, and the facility
• Manage referral flow, admissions coordination, and community outreach efforts
• Work closely with the financial team to verify insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid eligibility
• Help the facility achieve census and occupancy goals
• Lead and participate in weekly and monthly strategic planning meetings
• Support internal and external marketing programs to strengthen community presence
• Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and outreach strategies
• Help improve inquiry handling, tours, follow-up, and conversion processes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the customer and resident experience

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of related experience, preferably in marketing, healthcare, or long-term care
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Team-oriented with a passion for helping others
