Director, Facilities - stable and innovative CRE Firm
RealREPP is currently teaming with a global, innovative commercial real estate owner/developer to assist them in hiring a Director of Facilities for an undefined location.
Base pay range
$165,000.00/yr - $204,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and facilities management of a property portfolio and directly manage the facilities management staff.
- Ensure functional capability of properties, maintenance, operation, and integrity of building systems.
- Manage operations budget and transition properties, buildings, and suites from development to operating phase.
- Lead a team, hire, train, and develop multiple direct reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management or related field required.
- 10+ years of progressive facilities management experience.
- Experience managing 24/7 operations with union and non-union staff a plus.
- Proven experience with sustainability and energy conservation programs; LEED accreditation desirable.
- Strong customer service focus and ability to develop effective relationships with regulatory agencies, vendors, tenants, and employees.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be flexible to travel on occasion; flexible to work weekends and afterhours as necessary.
