Title: Director, Client Experience, Reporting & Analytics

Location: Boston/Hartford area

Pay: 150-200k

Company Overview: Growing Life/Annuity and Executive Benefits Insurance brokerage firm is seeking experienced candidates who can continue our long-standing commitment to building strong business relationships through exceptional administration and service.

Position Overview: In this role you will be the main point of contact for all day-to-day activities surrounding the ongoing servicing of an existing group of clients which can vary from Direct Insurance carriers to Banks, and high level Executive and other related sub-contractors like TPA’s, etc. This is a non-team management role. Our client will look to you to handle and oversee client deliverables, client reporting and onboarding processing active and prospective clients working in conjunction with carrier partners. You will also work very closely with one or more of the Principals and Sales Support teams for other special projects as assigned. Strong experience with Relationship Management/Account Management, Reporting, Analytics, Vendor Management, Onboarding and Client Set up and working in a collaborative manner with higher level partners is key to success in this role. Experience being in a client-facing role is also important.

This role will have a heavy emphasis on: Client Management/Account Management, Financial Reporting and Analytics.

Skills and experience in these areas is crucial to success in this role:

  • Develop and cultivate existing relationships with assigned clients
  • Weekly/monthly reporting and review and delivery
  • Annual review preparation & reporting delivery
  • Related administrative work for non-qualified benefit plans, Stock plans, etc. - Claims processing for your assigned clients
  • Supporting policy and benefit plan changes and financial transactions
  • Facilitating client-initiated and carrier related requests
  • Liaison for vendor companies like Record Keepers or TPA’s
  • Maintain client servicing calendar for your assigned clients
  • Oversee electronic files are in order using SharePoint database
  • Special Project work
  • Assist in the prep of materials and analytics to support the sales process
  • Manage new purchase enrollments
  • Build and maintain tracking spreadsheet per enrollment
  • Provide daily enrollment stats to clients
  • Work directly with carriers on enrollment specific underwriting issues
  • Work directly with clients on underwriting support and guidance issues

Required Education And Licenses:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Any experience with these would be a plus: Executive benefit plans, Non qualified/Deferred comp plans, phantom stock plans, COLI, Split Dollar, Bank owned life insurance, Private placement VUL.

Experience working with vendor partners like Record Keeping Companies and TPA’s is strongly preferred.
