Mission:
Fime has been expanding the consulting business unit globally, through acquisitions and organic growth. The experienced and dynamic Principal Consultant will grow the business unit and deliver exceptional consultancy services to our clients globally.
The Principal Consultant will advise clients with technical expertise, focused on Digital Identity, business strategy and decision-making, lead consulting teams, support sales teams in sales and presales activities and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of consultants.
- Support business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Project management capabilities are needed to monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide technical consulting services to our clients in digital identity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Conduct in‑depth analysis of clients’ business operations, strategies, and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive, tailored solutions to address identified challenges and opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance and leadership during projects, including risk management and decision‑making.
- Communicate complex information clearly and effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes to ensure advice and solutions remain current and relevant.
- Provide thought leadership, write blog posts, represent the company, and participate in expert panels at payments conferences and industry forums.
Job Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical aspects of identity and/or payments, security and/or privacy. Experience across mobile identity, security architecture or applied cryptography is an advantage.
- Project management.
- Solid experience in technical consulting, business consulting, or certification and testing.
- Demonstrated expertise working within regulated industries and/or the public sector.
- Strong track record in team management.
- Hands‑on experience in both sales and pre‑sales activities.
Knowledge & Skills
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
- Proficient with standards and security technologies, preferably in digital identity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present documentation and influence decision‑making.
- Project management and operations.
- Fluency in English.
