Location & Travel: This is a 100% remote position with the ability to travel up to 30% for customer meetings/presentations, in‑person office trainings in San Jose, and various industry conferences.

The Role

As a Principal Solution Consultant you will partner with the Account Executive as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. Your mission is to uncover the customer’s most painful service challenges and demonstrate that Neuron7 is the only solution that can address them.

Success requires deep empathy for the Complex Service World —the high‑stakes environment of Contact Centers and Field Service operations—where every minute of downtime counts.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead deep‑dive discovery sessions to understand prospects’ Contact Center and Field Service workflows, data availability, and pain points.
  • Configure and deliver tailored product demonstrations that address specific use cases and show actual business impact.
  • Define success criteria and manage Pre‑Sales POC scope, validating AI predictions with customer SMEs.
  • Partner with sales to build ROI models, quantifying value for metrics such as First Time Fix Rate, Truck Rolls, and Average Handling Time.
  • Own technical validation, lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and InfoSec questionnaires, ensuring confidence in architecture and security.
  • Serve as the feedback loop between the market and the Neuron7 Product team, advocating for new capabilities that close future business.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Solution Consulting / Sales Engineering experience for SaaS product companies, with enterprise selling and complex, multi‑stakeholder cycles.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Contact Center and Field Service use cases, including triage, dispatch, parts management, and break‑fix lifecycle.
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Medical Devices, or High Tech (Telco, Media, Technology) is highly preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow, Salesforce (Service Cloud/FSM), Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CX ecosystems.
  • Technical aptitude: comfortable discussing APIs, data ingestion, and cloud security with IT stakeholders.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging executives and translating complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
