As a Director, you will lead strategic client engagements, drive growth in the Financial Markets Advisory team, and mentor the next generation of leaders.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on complex financial structures and securitisations
- Leading business development initiatives to achieve growth
- Making executive‑level decisions that influence client outcomes
- Managing client engagements, including project oversight and quality assurance
- Mentoring and developing future leaders within the organization
- Promoting a collaborative environment where technology and people thrive together
- Upholding PwC’s principles and reputation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, real estate or related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- CPA licence, Level 3 CFA, JD, PhD, MBA or other relevant professional certifications (e.g., MBA, PhD, CPA, CFA, MBA, advanced finance credentials) are required
What Sets You Apart
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, real estate, engineering or business preferred
- Expertise in advising on complex financial structures and valuing financial instruments
- Proficiency in creating and reviewing independent financial models
- Strong research and analytical skills across industry and client matters
- Experience with industry software such as INTEX, TREPP, Bloomberg and other valuation tools
- Excellent communication skills in a professional services environment

Salary range: $134,000 – $410,000 annually, plus eligible discretionary bonus.
