At PwC, our finance consulting professionals specialise in delivering advice and solutions that help our clients improve financial performance, make better decisions and achieve their goals. As a Director, you will lead strategic client engagements, drive growth in the Financial Markets Advisory team, and mentor the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities

Advising clients on complex financial structures and securitisations

Leading business development initiatives to achieve growth

Making executive‑level decisions that influence client outcomes

Managing client engagements, including project oversight and quality assurance

Mentoring and developing future leaders within the organization

Promoting a collaborative environment where technology and people thrive together

Upholding PwC’s principles and reputation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, real estate or related field

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

CPA licence, Level 3 CFA, JD, PhD, MBA or other relevant professional certifications (e.g., MBA, PhD, CPA, CFA, MBA, advanced finance credentials) are required

What Sets You Apart

Master’s degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, real estate, engineering or business preferred

Expertise in advising on complex financial structures and valuing financial instruments

Proficiency in creating and reviewing independent financial models

Strong research and analytical skills across industry and client matters

Experience with industry software such as INTEX, TREPP, Bloomberg and other valuation tools

Excellent communication skills in a professional services environment

Salary range: $134,000 – $410,000 annually, plus eligible discretionary bonus.
