Agriculture Territory Sales Manager - Kentucky
Timewell continues to grow in the Kentucky ag market, and we are hiring a driven
Agricultural Sales Representative
to support farmers, contractors, and landowners throughout the state of Kentucky.
This is an opportunity to represent a trusted brand in water management while helping growers improve their land, increase yields, and plan for the long term.
What this role does:
Builds and strengthens relationships with farmers, contractors, and ag businesses
Prospects and develops new business across Kentucky
Supports customers with product knowledge, project recommendations, and on-site needs
Provides quotes, follows up quickly, and helps secure full truck load orders
Visits farms, job sites, and dealers to understand local challenges and opportunities
Works independently, manages time well, and takes ownership of the territory
What we are looking for:
Proven sales experience in agriculture, equipment, construction, or related fields
Strong understanding of farming operations and ag customers
Ability to build trust and long term relationships
Experience in drainage, water management, or civil projects is a plus
A self‑motivated person who thrives in a relationship‑driven environment
Four‑year degree or equivalent industry experience
