Stormwater Territory Sales Manager

to lead our growth across the state of Kentucky.

What this role does

Builds strong relationships with waterworks distributors, engineers, and contractors.

Identifies and develops new opportunities throughout Kentucky.

Supports customers with project knowledge, product recommendations, and solutions.

Provides quotes, follows up with urgency, and helps secure new business.

Offers training on correct installation and product use.

Travels the territory independently and manages time and priorities well.

What we are looking for

Proven sales experience and a strong record of customer retention.

Five to ten years in stormwater or waterworks is preferred.

Experience with civil construction or site development is a plus.

A four‑year degree or equivalent work history.

Someone who is self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.

This is a full‑time, remote position with travel throughout Kentucky. Total compensation typically ranges from $100,000 to $250,000 per year depending on experience.
