Personal Lines Account Manager
Redwoods Leavitt Insurance, an affiliate of Leavitt Group, is seeking an energetic, motivated professional to join our team in Eureka or Crescent City, CA. This full‑time position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication via phone, email, and written correspondence.
Meet with clients to review accounts and address insurance needs.
Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions.
Accurately document client activity in the Agency Management System.
Process incoming emails and client requests promptly.
Issue certificates of insurance, ID cards, policies, and related documents.
Quote, sell, and service personal lines insurance policies.
Prepare applications, submit to carriers, and obtain client signatures.
Manage policy renewals and maintain accurate client files.
Qualifications
Must hold a current
California Property & Casualty Insurance License .
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales goals.
Detail‑oriented and organized.
