Location: Farmington Hills, MI (and surrounding areas). Potential travel to job sites.

Base Pay Range:

$100,000 - $140,000 per year.

Seniority level: Not Applicable.

Employment type: Full-time.

Job function: Management and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Implement and maintain safety protocols.

Manage quality control and assurance processes.

Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Resolve on-site issues and make critical decisions.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.

Strong background in design‑build projects is highly desired.

Proven experience in commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in construction management software.

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

OSHA 30‑hour certification.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
