Account Executive – Financial Services

Remote | Sales | Full‑Time

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing Sales Team. You should have 5+ years of software sales experience selling to Wealth Management firms, RIAs, broker‑dealers, and fintech companies. In this hands‑on direct sales role, you will manage a specified territory across the United States, engaging with VP and C‑suite decision‑makers, including CTOs and CIOs, to consult and collaborate on wealth management and fintech integration challenges.

Responsibilities

Identify new opportunities and proactively develop leads within the compliance and risk management functional area of financial services companies.

Lead well‑informed, consultative meetings with senior executives, demonstrating business value to drive incremental revenue growth.

Develop and execute strategies to grow a territory pipeline, working toward organizational revenue targets.

Manage qualified opportunities through all stages of the funnel – from sell‑in to contracting and onboarding – leveraging key stakeholders to win new business.

Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene (Salesforce.com, Gong, etc.) to keep forecasts accurate.

Collaborate with a Business Development Representative to target existing and new financial services companies for opportunity generation.

Prepare sales proposals, applying independent judgment to determine services that meet client needs and highlight solution value during demonstrations.

Conduct in‑person meetings with VP and C‑level executives, articulating solution value and managing the complete sales cycle.

Grow revenue within new and existing accounts by identifying and closing sales opportunities.

Consistently achieve or exceed target sales projections.

Demonstrate core values—results, collaboration, delivery of excellence—and contribute to Ncontracts’ employer brand as a “best place to work.”

Qualifications

5+ years of SaaS sales experience, self‑motivated and results‑driven.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at crafting outbound cold calls and sales messaging.

Persuasive and responsive in dynamic situations; exceptional group presentation skills.

Experience selling to or providing services for financial institutions and/or services companies.

Experience selling SaaS software solutions.

Domain expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance), third‑party risk, or related fields.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Independent judgment and discretion in a high‑growth software environment.

Proficiency in Salesforce.com for tracking sales progress through the pipeline.

Experience presenting to C‑level executives in a consultative selling approach.

Compensation

Pay range: $10,000 to $120,000 per year, with commission potential equal to your base pay. Final offer depends on education, skills, experience, and location.
