KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Pricing Strategy to join our Clients and Markets organization. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and refining pricing models and methodologies for Advisory Consulting and Audit teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical and operational support for the development, implementation, and refinement of pricing models and methodologies for dedicated Advisory Consulting and Audit teams.

Ensure pricing initiatives align with functional business objectives, driving profitability, scalability, and long-term value creation.

Assist in developing and maintaining programmatic tools and resources (templates, playbooks, pricing calculators) to support pricing efforts, perform quality assurance, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Support the design, building, rollout, and management of value‑based and offer‑configuration pricing programs; oversee value benefit analytics, conversion efforts, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices; conduct market research, benchmarking, and pricing performance analysis to inform strategy.

Manage pricing projects from initiation through completion, tracking timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional coordination with Business Analysts and stakeholders.

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of recent experience in pricing, financial analysis, or related roles, ideally within B2B, professional services, or consulting environments.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in pricing tools, advanced Excel, and experience with GenAI a plus.

Proven experience developing and refining pricing strategies, including value-based, subscription, or performance‑based models.

Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional initiatives and stakeholder management with finance, sales, and operations teams; strong project management skills.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate with diverse teams.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment‑based visa sponsorship.
