Role & Responsibilities
Collaborate on diverse project typologies, including custom single‑family residential, commercial, and hospitality work.
Self‑manage projects through all phases, from initial design through documentation and construction.
Produce high‑quality digital drafting, modeling, and visualizations.
Coordinate with consultants, research products, and develop design details.
Navigate zoning codes and manage the permitting process.
What You Bring
A professional architectural degree.
3–5 years of well‑rounded professional architectural experience.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (required).
Experience completing every phase of residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
Strong knowledge of zoning, codes, and permitting.
Bonus: Experience with custom single‑family residential design and construction.
