About the Role:
In this role, you will be in charge of sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and/or industry that are not inbound leads. This is a Hunter position.
What You'll Do
Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients, across industries with a primary focus on Healthcare (Hospitals, Health Systems, Pharmaceuticals, MedTech).
Originate and nurture business relationships resulting in engagement opportunities.
Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to senior executives of potential clients.
Develop long‑lasting relationships with potential clients.
Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy clients’ needs and achieve desired business outcomes.
Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.
Plan resources, organize and mobilize teams (solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, delivery) throughout the complex sales cycle.
Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.
We Are Looking For
5+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Health Systems with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong experience in business development, account management, vendor relations, or clinical partnerships within the healthcare sector.
Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts within healthcare or life sciences markets.
Excellent understanding of the Healthcare industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub‑verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends.
Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships.
Strong understanding of healthcare information systems, EHR platforms, compliance requirements, and technical challenges commonly faced in the industry.
Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to potential clients.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.
Native English or fully bilingual (English).
