About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead high‑impact initiatives that drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and revenue growth across our digital channels. This role is responsible for the accuracy and performance of clinic and provider listings, website optimization and performance, measurement and optimization of paid digital campaigns, and ownership of our SEO strategy. You’ll manage critical partnerships with listing and reputation vendors and web development teams while working cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to bring digital strategies to life.
What You'll Do
Own vendor relationships for listings and survey platforms, ensuring clinic information is accurate and positioned for maximum visibility.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and lead implementation of scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Own SEO end‑to‑end—strategy, execution, optimization, and performance measurement.
In partnership with the SEO agency, develop and maintain a sustainable SEO program that improves organic search performance and Google Business Profile rankings, driving increased traffic, patient leads, and local engagement.
Own the paid digital marketing program, develop annual budgets in partnership with operational leadership, and review performance monthly and quarterly.
Optimize PPC campaign performance in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies by refining keyword strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
Lead and evolve the company’s website strategy in partnership with web and SEO agencies, driving SEO enhancements, local page optimization, user‑experience improvements, and the development of high‑converting landing pages.
Implement and analyze website analytics to surface actionable insights, optimize user journeys, and inform data‑driven decisions that support growth objectives.
Execute foundational website updates directly within CMS platforms to support ongoing SEO and optimization initiatives.
Leverage analytics platforms to track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital channels—including paid media, organic search, listings, and website activity.
Own the Google Looker Studio marketing dashboard, consolidating data from paid and organic channels and multiple attribution platforms to report performance at the enterprise, regional, and clinic levels.
Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Listings management experience using tools such as Yext, SOCI, Reputation, etc.
Experience with SEO performance and keyword‑tracking tools (SEMrush, BrightEdge, etc.).
Proven experience in digital marketing and data analytics (GA4).
Highly adaptable and stays current with the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
In‑depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices.
Strong strategic, analytical, and project‑management skills.
Local SEO experience in a multi‑location organization.
Basic web‑development and CMS experience preferred (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or custom CMS), with the ability to implement SEO optimizations, manage page updates, and collaborate effectively with developers.
Agency experience or agency‑management experience preferred.
Healthcare experience is a plus.
