As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will help shape the public voice of a respected service organization. Your work will reach audiences across the country and help engage tens of thousands of volunteers, partners, and supporters and newcomers. This role leads CAP’s digital marketing efforts, using data to guide strategy, improve performance, and support organizational priorities. The position plans, runs, and refines digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and content platforms, with a focus on growing audiences, increasing engagement, and strengthening CAP’s digital presence. Responsibilities include identifying new or underused digital channels, managing both organic and paid efforts, ensuring brand consistency, and working across the organization to create and distribute effective digital content. The role also oversees email marketing campaigns, supports website updates and user experience improvements, and monitors campaign performance to make ongoing adjustments that improve results. Staying current on digital trends and tools is an ongoing expectation to ensure CAP remains visible and competitive online. What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has experience leading digital marketing programs in a data-driven environment and is comfortable using analytics to measure results and inform decisions. They bring a strong understanding of how audiences engage across digital channels and can translate insights into practical recommendations. The role requires the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once, collaborate effectively across teams, and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Experience improving digital performance through testing, audience targeting, and customer journey analysis is important, as is the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
