Teams in Apparel and Accessories, Home, Baby, Beauty, and Electronics prioritize guest experience while managing tasks such as pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging and maintaining the sales floor and backroom.

Model and coach the guest service culture, ensuring a guest‑first experience.

Maintain guest‑first standards in fitting room and other spatial areas.

Promote safety, compliance, and security culture.
Assist with store emergency and compliance needs.
Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up, and drive‑up.
Engage guests with a welcoming approach and gratitude.
Perform additional duties as required by the business.
What We Are Looking For
Enjoy interacting with guests and team members.
Excel in a fast‑moving, physically demanding environment with teamwork and flexibility.
Willingly work a flexible schedule with nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years of age.
Preferred, but not required, prior retail experience.
Lead and hold others accountable.
Communicate via multiple devices and operate handheld scanners.
Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
Maintain welcoming, helpful attitudes toward guests and team members.
Strong communication skills and composure in a fast‑paced environment.
Accurately handle cash register operations and climb ladders.
Move merchandise safely and handle weights up to 44 pounds.
Adapt to temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors.
Maintain mobility throughout shift and adhere to attendance expectations.
