What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals, supported by teams at the General Office and Corporate Office

Offer tailored financial solutions using a wide range of products and services, including life insurance

Assist clients in achieving their financial goals through customized, long‑term strategies

Participate in the six‑month Associate Partner Training Program to prepare for a management role

Drive revenue and build strong client relationships through effective sales techniques

What is Required (Qualifications):

Previous experience in sales roles with a proven ability to drive revenue

Experience in the financial services and/or insurance industry

Strong leadership abilities focused on team development and strategic direction

Highly motivated and results‑oriented with effective communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Knowledge of cultural markets is a plus

Proven track record of building client relationships
