About the Role

We’re looking for a driven

Outside Sales Representative

to lead equipment sales across

Placer and El Dorado Counties , operating out of our

Sacramento

branch. What You’ll Do

Develop new business and drive revenue growth by generating leads, prospecting, and building lasting customer relationships. Sell and promote Bobcat® equipment and all approved product lines within your assigned territory. Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and financial targets. Proactively identify, qualify, and motivate prospects using cold calling, lead management proposal presentations. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reporting. Represent Bobcat Central at conventions, trade shows, and industry events. Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and market conditions. Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Maintain continuity in customer relationships through frequent face‑to‑face visits. What We’re Looking For

Proven success in outside sales of equipment, agriculture, construction, industrial, or similar fields. Comfortable working in the field the majority of the time. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills. Valid CA driver’s license and clean DMV record; ability to travel locally between work sites. Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus. Energetic, passionate, self‑motivated, and resourceful with an entrepreneurial drive. Strong problem‑solving skills and a fanatical commitment to customer service. Base salary: $34,320 – $250,000 annually + uncapped commission; actual pay depends on experience and performance. Work Location

On the road, with travel within Placer and El Dorado Counties.
