Job Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent (BS/BA preferred). Minimum of 1 year of proven retail sales or customer‑direct interaction experience. Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, travel locally, setup/tear‑down, and stand all day.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and upsell or cross‑sell AT&T digital services, devices, and accessories. Demonstrate products, handle sales transactions, and maintain accurate point‑of‑sale system data. Assist customers in upgrading devices, selecting plans, and migrating to Direct TV. Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked with the latest gadgets. Collaborate with teammates to create a positive, family‑like atmosphere and pursue leadership development opportunities.
