Franklin Finders is a people-first apartment locating service helping renters across Austin find the right place — faster, easier, and without the stress. Our mission is simple: make apartment hunting personal, efficient, and actually enjoyable.

We’re the new kids in Austin, but we already have a BIG name—and our lead volume proves it. With more qualified renters coming in every day than we can keep up with, we’re growing our Austin Sales Team and looking for driven, real humans who want to work hard, grow fast, and make serious money while helping others feel at home.

What You’ll Actually Do Your role is to help people find apartments. We provide the leads—you manage the relationship from first contact to signed lease.

Respond quickly to qualified leads via text, phone, and email.

Build real relationships and understand each client’s needs.

Search available inventory and create custom apartment lists.

Coordinate with property managers and schedule tours.

Attend and host apartment tours (in-person & virtual).

Close deals and earn commission when your client signs.

Attend property open houses, team tours, and team events.

The Leads We provide in‑house, high‑intent leads through proven digital marketing, trusted referral partners, and strong local relationships. These are warm renters actively looking to lease— not cold calls or dead ends. While you’ll have consistent access to quality leads, top earners take initiative and build their own pipeline as well. Doing both unlocks higher earnings and full control over your success.

Compensation This is a commission‑based real estate sales role.

Expected Earnings: $60K–$100K+ per year with consistent full‑time effort.

Top Performers: $120K+.

Tenure Bonuses: Earn higher commission splits as you grow.

NO CAP on income.

Opportunity to earn up to 80% commission on your deals.

Licensed in Texas—or actively working toward it.

Required Qualifications

Texas Real Estate License (or currently in school).

Laptop for client communication, research, and video calls (Apple Mac preferred).

iPhone for client communication and team texting (required).

Reliable transportation to tour apartments throughout Austin.
