Role Description This is a full-time on‑site role for an Outside Sales Representative, located in New Jersey. The primary responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The role also involves effectively communicating product benefits and solutions to potential customers, maintaining a client database, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Proven skills in sales presentations and the ability to effectively showcase products or services

Experience in relationship building and nurturing long‑term customer connections

Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members

Proficiency in new business development, identifying and approaching potential clients or markets

Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Highly organized with effective time‑management skills

Knowledge or experience in the building materials or woodworking industry is advantageous

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
