Based in Keasbey, New Jersey, BRC is an NJDEP‑approved Class B recycling facility processing materials such as concrete, asphalt, brick, and non‑hazardous petroleum‑contaminated soils into reusable products. Montecalvo Disposal Services (MDS), a division of BRC, operates a licensed Material Recovery Facility and Solid Waste Transfer Station, achieving a 95% average recovery rate for construction and demolition materials. MDS also offers full‑service transportation, LEED waste management programs, and custom recycling solutions for commercial and industrial clients. BRC and MDS are committed to sustainability and delivering exceptional service to their clients.
Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position for an Outside Sales Representative: Class B, located in Atlantic Highlands, NJ. The representative will manage sales activities for Class B recycling and disposal services, including building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and delivering tailored sales presentations to potential clients. The role involves identifying customer needs, ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating with the operations team, and meeting sales targets set by the organization.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Presentations and the ability to craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
Relationship Building skills to establish and maintain long‑term client partnerships.
Strong Customer Service skills to address client concerns and deliver exceptional experiences.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Experience in New Business Development, including identifying opportunities and fostering growth for the company.
Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet assigned sales targets.
Experience in the recycling, construction, or environmental sector is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on‑site client visits.
