Role Overview We are seeking a
Sales & Operations Manager
to lead both the sales and daily operations at our Elizabethtown location. This role blends customer‑facing sales, service scheduling, and team leadership in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment. This position will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring efficient service delivery, and supporting a small, dedicated team.
What You’ll Do
Drive sales activity for portable toilets and roll‑off dumpsters
Create customer quotes, close sales, and build repeat business
Manage operational scheduling and service logistics
Oversee deliveries, pickups, and daily crew coordination
Ensure high customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution
Track performance metrics and report results to the COO
Support day‑to‑day administrative needs, including invoicing and collections
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in operations and/or sales management
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask across sales and operations functions
Comfortable working in office and field settings
Experience in sanitation, waste services, construction, or related fields is a plus
Valid driver’s license required
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
