Role Description We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our team at our Odessa, TX location. This on-site role will involve managing client accounts, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining sales targets, creating proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. Additional responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and solutions.
Qualifications
Strong account management and customer relationship-building skills
Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and communication
Ability to identify new business opportunities and effectively meet sales targets
Experience in workflow management and collaborating with internal teams
Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to deliver solutions to clients
Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications is beneficial
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field in material handling or operational solutions is advantageous
