As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide an amazing shopping experience, represent company values, and bring your REAL self to work.
Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Flex between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist the team in teamwork and getting the job done.
Act with integrity, always adhering to AEO policies & procedures.
Qualifications
Love interacting with people.
Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
Prior retail experience.
At least 16 years of age.
