YOUR ROLE As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide guests with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you are proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest.
Your Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest with a "friends first" mindset.
Guide guests through AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist the team in getting the job done and show teamwork.
Act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
