AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)
American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is looking for a part‑time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life every day. You will provide guests with an amazing shopping experience, showcase our products, and represent the company values with authenticity.
Base Pay Range $15.16/yr - $17.00/yr
Your Responsibilities
You’re a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset. (We’ll teach you everything you need to know about the model.)
You’re passionate about AE & Aerie products! Guests come to you for product education and you’re excited to suggest fits that meet their needs.
You share the brand love! You’re eager to introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
You can hang! Your skill set rocks no matter which zone you’re in, and you can flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
You’re an innovative problem solver! Making guests’ day a priority, you can proactively resolve concerns while staying within company policy.
You’re a team player – #teamwork! You’re always willing to assist your team in #gettingthejobdone.
You’ve got integrity! You do the right thing and adhere to AEO’s policies & procedures.
