Primary Job Function Lead and oversee all sales and marketing activities within TSAC, responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales, increase TSAC good reputation, and enhance customer engagement. The Sales and Marketing Manager will work closely with cross‑functional teams to achieve revenue targets, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and position the company as a leader in the industry. Track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Areas of Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets

Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand market reach

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats

Build and manage RFQ in pipeline and ensure timely follow‑ups with leads

Create and execute innovative marketing strategies to build TSAC awareness, good reputation and drive customer acquisition

Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention

Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to maximize revenue from current accounts

Address client inquiries, issues, and concerns to maintain long‑term partnerships

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to meet performance objectives

Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members

Foster a collaborative and results‑oriented team culture

Analyze sales and marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and refine strategies

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics

Adjust strategies based on insights and performance to continuously improve sales and marketing outcomes

Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

Monitor ROI on marketing spend and adjust activities to ensure maximum return on investment

Participate in interviews of new hires

Support company safety rules and compliance to excellence standards

Ensure APQP procedures are followed

Monitor our scorecard in OEM portal

Ensure customer SOW, key milestone and budget are met

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Business Management or relevant field is strongly preferred

A minimum of 10-15 years’ relevant experience is required. Experience within the automotive/manufacturing industry management teams is strongly preferred

Strong capability with Microsoft Office applications is required

Strong capability with ERP systems (particularly PLEX) is required

Adaptability, flexibility and ability to learn new systems/databases

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with varying levels of management and internal departments

Coordination and collaboration with internal departments as well as the ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines

Must have knowledge of GD&T, APQP, PPAP, and SPC

Health, Safety and Physical Demand Requirements

Frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Occasional lifting, climbing, carrying, pulling, griping, grasping, twisting, bending, stooping and reaching throughout the work day

Hand and eye coordination

Ability to sit stand and walk for extended periods of time (8 hours or more)

Ability to use a phone and computer keyboard

Ability to work in office and manufacturing environment

TRAVEL MAY BE REQUIRED UP TO 50%
