This opportunity is designed for professionals with an active NMLS license who are ready to originate, collaborate, and lead in a results-focused environment.
Loan officers at Next Wave have access to company-generated leads, competitive wholesale lending options, and a streamlined technology stack designed to support efficiency, follow-up, and execution. Leadership remains actively involved in production strategy, scenario structuring, and business development to help loan officers close more consistently and confidently.
This is not an entry‑level or licensing‑training role. Applicants must hold an active NMLS license or be immediately eligible to transfer and be prepared to focus on production from day one.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $110,000 at plan earnings Seniority level Entry level
