Next Wave Mortgage is a performance-driven mortgage brokerage built for licensed loan officers who want to grow production and scale their business within a modern, supportive platform. This opportunity is designed for professionals with an active NMLS license who are ready to originate, collaborate, and lead in a results-focused environment.
Loan officers at Next Wave have access to company-generated leads, competitive wholesale lending options, and a streamlined technology stack designed to support efficiency, follow-up, and execution. Leadership remains actively involved in production strategy, scenario structuring, and business development to help loan officers close more consistently and confidently.
This is not an entry-level or licensing-training role. Applicants must hold an active NMLS license or be immediately eligible to transfer and be prepared to focus on production from day one.
Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals
Ensure all staff members follow branch procedures, policies, and protocols
Monitor loan quality to ensure it is in alignment with company policies and procedures, and in compliance with state, regional, and federal guidelines
Exceed new business generation, pipeline, and sales management goals to increase market share
Qualifications
Previous experience required: 3-5 years of experience in banking or mortgage industry with 2-3 years experience a supervisory role as customer service, human resources, business development, sales, or operations manager
Must have strong judgment and decision making skills and excellent communication skills
Up to date industry knowledge and advanced technical/ computer skills
Confident in all phases of the mortgage loan origination process with a firm grasp on products and regulations such as FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional residential mortgage loans
Current NMLS or state license preferred
Compensation $80,000 - $110,000 at plan earnings
