Job Description
As a Assistant Sales Manager you will:
Help our Sales Manager Steer and manage the sales operation of new and pre-owned units
Assist the business office operational activities related to providing finance, insurance, and extended service programs.
Produce acceptable levels of revenue and profits for the dealership by selling Motorcyles, finance, insurance, and extended service programs.
Able to work cross-functionally with all departments, with an emphasis on the Sales Department and Finance Department
Guide and develop our sales team by using your leadership skills and sales expertise
Motivate our team to meet and exceed sales goals using open communication
Develop our sales team by using your leadership skills to offer new and different sales techniques
Communicate openly and consistently with our sales team and assess their needs
Track customer traffic peaks to provide consistent sales floor coverage for optimal customer service
Be a visible leader to customers, service driven, and confident in our sales team to provide a world-class customer experience
Qualifications
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Valid in-state driver’s license.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.

All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver’s license.
