Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Commercial and Residential Sales Professionals based in Houston, TX. The role involves developing and delivering compelling sales presentations, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving new business development initiatives. The selected candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, working with customers from initial consultation to finalizing sales and ensuring satisfaction. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to meet sales targets will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales and delivering effective Sales Presentations
Strong skills in New Business Development and nurturing client relationships
Expertise in Customer Service and personalized client interactions
Experience in Residential Real Estate or related fields is highly desirable
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results‑driven approach
Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales processes is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
