Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports on team performance, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure high levels of customer service by resolving complaints and ensuring a positive buying experience.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional development.
Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and vehicle allocation to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as dealership policies.
Teach and explain the playbook implementing effective sales strategies, processes, and promotional plans.
Requirements

Energetic, motivated, and punctual.
Clean driving record and valid Texas DL.
