What we offer

Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 per year on average in commission based on performance.

All leads are provided, no cold calling or door knocking—2–3 pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments a day.

About the Role

Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service.

All leads are warm & pre‑confirmed—no cold calling or lead generation required.

Focus on selling with our primary product lines, presentation and negotiation skills.

Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.

Apply consistent effort and a positive attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas.

Promote company products and services.

Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.

Provide best‑in‑class customer experience.

Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.

Key Qualifications

Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments.

In‑home sales or B2C sales experience is a plus.

Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.

Positivity, flexibility, determination and persuasive personality.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Ability to meet and exceed goals.

Works successfully without close supervision.

Road warrior; reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, enjoys traveling.
