Experience owning and growing client relationships, not just maintaining them. Comfort discussing technology at a business level (cloud, security, networks, risk). Strong communication skills and the ability to earn trust quickly. A problem-solving mindset and comfort working cross-functionally. Client-facing experience in IT, technology, or professional services is a strong plus. Degree in business, technology, or equivalent real-world experience. Process
