Account Manager
CareLuLu is on a mission to help improve access to safe, affordable, quality child care and early education. We help parents find the right child care or preschool program, by providing all the information in one place (photos, program information, cost, verified reviews, etc.). CareLuLu also helps child care programs grow their business while saving time for what truly matters: children!
Responsibilities
Act as point of contact for all client matters and build long‑lasting, high‑value relationships.
Develop new business from existing SMB clients.
Communicate with child care businesses by phone, e‑mail, and SMS to provide advice and help them grow their business.
Maintain a portfolio of SMB customers and keep customer data accurate.
Educate clients proactively to resolve current issues and prevent future ones.
Analyze data to identify trends and provide clear, actionable advice.
Qualifications
3–10+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably to SMBs.
Outstanding written & phone communication skills, fast typing skills, and strong negotiation skills.
Attentive to details with consistent error‑free execution.
Owner mentality: self‑motivated, sets own goals and delivers results.
Native or fluent English speaker; Spanish fluency is a BIG plus.
High speed internet and a private home office with no background noise.
Full‑time remote work from home, available EST/CT hours.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary (depending on experience) + commission.
