Responsibilities

Generate your own leads in a B2B environment, complemented by referrals from relationships built.

Retain clients by building relationships and expanding portfolios through relationship management and cross consulting.

Represent the values of embodying the highest ethical standards and treating others with dignity, respect, and genuine concern.

Commit fully to our 12‑week program without interruption.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a quota‑driven, self‑sourcing sales environment for small to medium‑size clients.

Experience with cold‑calling and self‑sourcing leads.

Ability to develop a plan to build a pipeline and generate top‑line revenue growth.

Entrepreneurial mindset and self‑starter required.

Compensation

No cap on earning potential.

Guaranteed base pay.
