About the Role

Estimated first-year earnings range: $40,000 – $50,000 (uncapped commission and earnings)

Training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks

Sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise

Assist families with funeral selections and attend services

Generate leads through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred

1 year of sales experience preferred

Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook)

Experience with a CRM (lead management system preferred)

Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, and organizational skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information

Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed
