Sales Counselor
Estimated first‑year earnings range: $40,000 - $50,000. Uncapped commission and earnings. Training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.
Sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise.
Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
Generate leads through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting.
About the Role This position is a full‑time sales counselor in funeral services, assisting families through the grieving process and providing compassionate support.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM system required.
Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
Availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
