Digital Media Manager

We’re supporting a client in the search for a seasoned Senior Manager, Digital Media to lead strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels. This person will own performance strategy, guide client conversations, and mentor a small team while driving measurable results across digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms.
Build and manage complex campaign structures, testing roadmaps, and budget allocation.
Analyze performance data, provide insights, and report on KPIs to guide decision-making.
Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, account teams) to align media efforts with broader marketing goals.
Act as a strategic advisor in client‑facing conversations, presenting recommendations and growth opportunities.
Manage and mentor 1–3 digital media specialists and oversee workflow priorities.
Standardize processes for campaign setup, optimization, QA, and reporting.
Requirements
5+ years hands‑on experience in digital media, including advanced paid search expertise.
Strong background in campaign management, optimization, and performance analysis.
Experience leading client relationships and driving strategic conversations.
3+ years of team management or mentorship experience.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project‑management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment; familiarity with ad tech and measurement best practices.
Compensation $45 - $60/Hour. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications.
