Role Description We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive for a full-time role located on-site in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will manage key commercial accounts, develop relationships with potential clients, and drive sales growth through effective strategies and management. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales processes and provide tailored security solutions to clients.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Account Management to develop and maintain client relationships effectively

2+ Years Experience in Sales, including generating leads and closing deals

Knowledge of Insurance policies and industry-related services is a plus

Competence in Sales Operations and Sales Management to strategize and drive revenue growth

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work in an on-site team environment in Charlotte, NC

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Experience in the security or technology industry is a significant advantage
