RevSource Media is hiring an
experienced Account Executive
to join our nationwide remote sales team. This is a
commission-based role with a weekly draw , designed for professionals who are confident in their sales ability and motivated by performance-based earnings.
This role is not entry-level. Sales experience is required.
Compensation Structure
Commission-only position with draw
Commissions earned offset the draw
High performers will significantly exceed the draw through commissions
Benefits & Time Off Benefits eligibility after 6 months of employment
Vacation Accrual after 6 months of employment
Paid Holidays (not deducted from draw):
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Role Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new business nationwide
Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
Conduct discovery calls and present RevSource Media solutions
Accurately track pipeline and performance
Meet or exceed commission-based sales targets
Attend weekly virtual meetings prepared to clearly discuss your current pipeline, active book of business, and lead status, including next steps and closing time.
Requirements
Comfortable in a commission-based compensation structure
Strong closing skills and objection handling
Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment
Professional communication and follow-up skills
Camera required for weekly virtual meetings.
