Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Naperville, IL, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients, fostering relationships, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales pitches, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior team members to ensure success.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build meaningful client relationships
Experience in training and leading sales teams or mentoring team members
Proficiency in CRM tools and software is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively in a client-focused environment
Prior experience in IT consulting or digital transformation industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
